How do I print a purchase order or send it as a PDF?
In the software: Purchase › Purchase Orders
Open the order in Purchase, Purchase Orders. Print and Save PDF are two buttons. Tick Show rates to put the rate, amount and total on the paper; the choice is remembered. Send on WhatsApp sends the items with no prices, and a link to the order paper. Silver and Gold.
