How do I close a purchase order when the rest will not come?
In the software: Purchase › Purchase Orders
Open the order and press Close order, then choose the reason. It is there once part of the order has come; before that use Cancel order. What came stays on the order, and the rest stops counting as on order, so the order list can suggest it again. Reopen order undoes it.
