  • Restore or move your licence — log in with a code. In Settings › Registration, type the mobile number or the e-mail on your licence and a 6-digit code comes to you (by e-mail now; by WhatsApp once it is switched on). On the computer that already has the licence — after reinstalling Windows — it comes back free. On a new computer the licence moves there: twice a year on your own, more through your dealer, and your support date never changes. The old computer stops billing on that licence when it next goes online; its books stay open to view, print and export.

  • Your renewal arrives by itself. Once a day, when the computer is online, Aned Book asks ANEDYA if anything is new for its licence. A renewal or upgrade your dealer or ANEDYA made for this computer comes in on its own — a message says so, and the new support date shows from the next start. No file to send, no code to read out. Only the licence number, this computer's code, the version and the licence dates are sent — never your bills or stock. No internet? Nothing changes, and billing never waits.
  • Your dealer's name and phone in Settings › Registration, with a WhatsApp button.

  • Activate with your dealer's coupon. In Settings › Registration, type the coupon your dealer gave you and the mobile number you gave the dealer, then press Get my licence — the licence comes straight from ANEDYA over the internet and Aned Book restarts registered. No registration code to read out, no file to wait for. It works once the dealer has given the coupon to your shop; one coupon is one computer, and the same computer can get its licence again after a reinstall. Only the coupon, that number, your company name and this computer's code are sent — never your bills or stock. Also on the window shown when the trial has ended. No internet? Your dealer can still send a licence file as before.

  • Merge duplicate customers, suppliers and items — and undo it. Two entries for the same party or item can be merged into one: every bill, receipt, order, quotation and journal moves with it, the balance and stock are shown before you merge, and Undo puts it all back. "Not the same — keep both" stops it being offered again. A new party or item with the same name as one you have is told apart by its GSTIN, phone, address, HSN, MRP or code.
  • AI Munim understands "maal kitne ka pada hai" (the value of your stock) and "paisa fasa hai" (what customers owe you).
  • The owner's phone works straight after the main counter restarts — it no longer says "Open this company on the main counter" until somebody opens the books.

  • The screen looks the same at any Windows display size: at 125% or 150% in Windows settings, Aned Book used to draw everything bigger and fit fewer rows - now it looks exactly as it does at 100%, and sharper. Your own text size (Settings, 80% to 120%) is the one that changes it.
  • A supplier's bill read from the owner's phone counts as bill pages, not an AI Munim question - and is counted when the purchase is filed. A bill with more pages than you have left is not read at all.
  • A slow bill read from the phone is no longer cut off after 30 seconds.

  • Up to three remarks on an item line: F2 on the quantity (or the 📝 button) now has three boxes - "STRIP CUT", "FOR DR SHAH CLINIC", "SAMPLE". Each prints on its own line under the item, on the bill, the thermal roll, quotations, challans, orders and the kitchen ticket.
  • Thermal roll reads item by item: the item and its amount first, then its batch and expiry, then its remarks - and then the next item. In both roll layouts, and on the owner's phone.
  • A dotted line between items on the roll: the bill designer, under "Thermal roll only" → "Dotted line between items". Off until you tick it.
  • A journal on a customer's or supplier's account now shows on their statement and balance (Silver and Gold) - a set-off or a discount allowed through a journal moves that party's balance, and opens from the statement.
  • A supplier's bill can no longer be entered twice - from the form, an import, the phone or a borrowed laptop: the same supplier and bill number in a year is refused, and an edit of that bill is never refused.

  • Open a bill by its number: "INV-0007 wala bill kholo", "bill no 7 dikhao" - AI Munim opens it. No internet needed for this one.
  • Change a rate in words, even offline: "cheeni ka bhav 48 karna hai", "sugar ka mrp 55 kar do" - the item opens with the new rate in it, and you press Save.
  • On the owner's phone (phone app 1.28.0): - UPI and Card on the bill - Cash · UPI · Card · Credit. A UPI or card bill is never counted in "Cash to hand over", and the counter puts it in your UPI or bank account, not in the cash drawer. - AI Munim opens things: a bill (even one made at the counter), a customer's khata, an item. - "UPI se" and "kal ka bill" told to AI Munim go onto the bill it makes.
  • "…ko jodo 98111… maal deta hai" and "…wala kaam 5000 ka…" no longer show the low-stock list.

  • AI Munim does the work, not only the answers (Silver, Gold and the trial, with "Ask online" on). Say it or type it and Munim gets it ready: a new customer, supplier or item ("naya customer VIJAY TRADERS banao, phone 98765 12345"), a change to one ("paracetamol ka rate 22 kar do", "Patel Stores ka GST number ... daal do"), or a change to a saved bill ("bill 7 mein sugar 12 kar do") - the bill opens with the change made and you press Save. Nothing is saved until you say Haan or press Save, and nothing is ever deleted.
  • Questions across your books. "Arora Medicos ne is mahine kya kya liya", "kis customer ne sabse zyada sugar liya", "aaj cash aur UPI alag alag", "pichle hafte din wise bikri".
  • "5 syrup" asks which syrup when two items on your books match - on a bill and in a question.
  • On the owner's phone (phone app 1.27.0) AI Munim prepares a receipt, a payment, a new customer or supplier, a new item or an item's rate, and opens the phone's own form filled - you check it and press Save.
  • While Munim works you see only "Soch raha hoon…", and the mic shows "Sun raha hoon…".
  • Asked by voice in Hindi or Punjabi: a bill named by its number is changed, never a new bill started; "kya kya liya" finds the right customer; "naya customer X banao" makes the customer instead of opening a help page.
  • New names are saved in capital letters like the rest of your books (VIJAY TRADERS), even when they were spoken in Hindi.
  • Munim answers in the script you typed - Hinglish stays Hinglish - and its replies show bold and line breaks properly.
  • A mobile number in a sentence is never read as an amount of money.
