How do I remind a supplier about a late order?

Open Purchase, Purchase Orders. The tabs are Late, To send, On the way, Part received and Closed orders. A Late order has a Remind button that opens a WhatsApp message with only the goods still to come, for you to check and send. A late order also shows on the dashboard. An order needs an Expected by date to count as late.
