Why can two items have the same name?
WhyA shop often has one product at two prices — the same biscuit at ₹5 and at ₹10. So the same name is allowed when the MRP, unit, HSN or item code is different. When nothing tells them apart, the second one is refused, because it would only be a duplicate.
The name, told apart by MRP, unit, HSN or code.
