Route Entry

In the software: Sales › Route Entry

Basic, Silver, Gold only

Shown when Routes and dispatch is switched on — on by itself for Wholesale / Distribution. Any shop can switch it on in Settings › Trade profile.

Route and Area for customers already in the books: a grid, or a sheet that changes those two fields and nothing else.

Download customers
An Excel sheet of your customers with Route and Area columns, to fill in and upload.

Reads the filled sheet and shows how many customers will change, before anything is saved. Only Route and Area can change; a blank cell changes nothing.

Saves this entry. Shortcut: F10.

Hides customers who already have a route, so you can see who is left.
