How does table billing and the kitchen ticket KOT work?

On the restaurant trade, Tables shows every table’s status. Opening one starts an order; "Send to kitchen" prints a KOT with no prices, and further rounds print as an amendment ticket. Settling the table turns the whole order into an ordinary sale invoice, in your normal invoice series.
