How do price tiers — wholesale, dealer, MRP — work?

If your trade has price tiers switched on, each item can carry a Retail, Wholesale, Dealer and Minimum price. On the bill, pick the tier for that customer from the toggle above the line items — the rate on every line updates to that tier, though a rate you have already typed by hand is left alone.
