Phone app: An open quotation

Everything this phone screen can show, in the app’s own words. A “…” is a name, number or date filled in at the time.

• Valid to … — The last date the quoted prices hold.
• Billed — Challans already turned into a sale bill.
• Billed: … — The challan has been billed.
• Marked lost at the counter — The counter marked the quotation lost.
• Expired - the prices may have moved — The quotation’s validity has passed; check prices before billing.
• Not sent yet - it goes as soon as the counter can be reached
• Open - waiting for the customer — The quotation is waiting for the customer’s answer.
