Everything this phone screen can show, in the app’s own words. A “…” is a name, number or date filled in at the time.

• GST on sales — GST charged on sales.
• GST on purchases — GST paid on purchases.
• GST to pay — GST on sales less credit on purchases.
• GST credit — GST credit carried forward.
• Sales — Show sales on the chart.
• Purchases — Show purchases on the chart.
• newest … shown — Only the newest are shown.
• less returns … = … net — Sales less returns.
• Credit — Not paid yet. The amount goes on the supplier’s account until you pay them with a payment voucher.
• Cash — Paid in cash.
• credit … — Sold on credit.
• whole shop — Figures for the whole shop, from the counter.
